This week, I will be gone over Sunday to St. Louis again for a graduation party. I will however, be in the office and accessible by cell. If you need anything, just give me a buzz. I will miss singing and worshiping Jesus with you. Be strong and courageous leading His church into the presence of Jesus!

Don't forget! Memorial Day Parade at 10am. For those involved in passing out flyers and candy: Please meet at Burke's Lumber at 9am on Monday morning.

Have a great weekend!

"Take It All" (by Third Day)

Here's a new song that I will be teaching to God's people on Sunday.

Take it all, cause I can't take it any longer.
All I have, I can't make it on my own.
Take the first, take the last,
take the good and take the rest
Well, here I am, all I have.
Take it all.

Can I declare this? Can you say this today?

Take it all Jesus

Want to be ruled by the One True King?
Why is it that Satan comes to attack the same one spot that we constantly struggle with? He comes and pours out shame and dumps on us in certain areas. Jesus wants us to continually let Him know what we are thinking, hoping, fearing and desiring. Your heart matters to God. He doesn't want us to "sanitize" these conversations with Him. Just let Him, the great Healer come in and heal that broken heart. Bring your attention back to His presence. He wants to heal us and let my heart come back to Him restored. Here are some simple spiritual excercises that we can do in order to let Jesus have access into the deep recesses of our heart. We can be restored. Is 61:3-4 (amazing words of truth!)

~ When you wake up... invite Him to be part of your day.
~ When you feel joy... give Him thanks!
~Don't isolate those yucky, dark thoughts from God. Talk to him about what you know is displeasing Him.
~When you are facing hard moments or confusion... ask God for wisdom.
~Don't censor your feelings with God. Let it all out!

God wants to engage with us on a deeper level. Repentence is not only turning away from wrong... but it is turning to a loving Father, King, Redeemer and Deliverer! Let's be a redemptive presence in our community and God's expression of love to those around us. Are we being ruled by the evil one? our past? our future? our failures? our fears? Or are we being ruled by the ONE TRUE KING!?!
Be who you are and say

What you feel, because

Those who mind don’t Matter

and those who matter don’t mind.
